A pair of goats who’d originally been raised for meat are now living out their lives bringing joy to dozens of adults with special needs as the newest pets on Dutton Farm in Rochester.
Pig & Whiskey Gets Ferndale Full!
With the lure of great local bands, multiple styles of BBQ, and plenty of booze to wash it down, The Pig & Whiskey festival brought over 10,000 people to Downtown Ferndale on Saturday alone. Sizable crowds attended Friday and Sunday as well. The massive event, put on by Metro Times, The Woodward Avenue Brewers and The Emory, took place July 13, 14, and 15, 2012.
