The Band Mint’s Nine on Nine Concert Delights Downtown Ferndale

These free, all-ages concerts are a great way for music fans to enjoy a nice summer evening
“People say, ‘Well, what do you guys do?’ I say, ‘Well, we make awesome records and get people healthy,’” Kassad said.
Next year, they plan to present together!
This year there will again have two fun filled days of live music on Friday July 29th and Saturday July 30th.
The Ferndale Area District Library has been a little quiet the past couple years, as COVID caused close downs and limited activities. But the beloved First Stop Friday Concert series is back.
The area is designed to be easily closed off for events, like Broadway in the Burbs, which featured a live performance by Michigan Stage, a live painting demonstration, and booths for sharing city information.
The first show featured local musician Ryan Allen.
The Royal Oak Symphony Orchestra (ROSO) is an all-volunteer community orchestra that has been active in the greater Royal Oak area for over 25 years.
