Pontiac Man Charged with Open Murder, Other Felonies, in Death of 16 Year Old

Detectives did not release the man’s name until positive identification is made. An autopsy is to be performed today.
The alleged shooter, a 27-year-old Pontiac man, was arrested within an hour of the incident and is being held in the Oakland County Jail.
Investigators believe a single handgun was used in each shooting and it was recovered in the crashed vehicle.
Additionally, investigators have reason to suspect that Kevin Moore was involved in a non-fatal shooting in the City of Detroit prior to the homicide in Farmington Hills.
Poole was wrongly convicted of murder in 1989. DNA evidence from the scene exonerates him after nearly 32 years in prison.
