The South Oakland Area Regional Chamber of Commerce – a collective effort of businesses in Ferndale, Oak Park, Hazel Park and neighboring cities – has announced new board leadership for 2022.
Under the leadership of Director Joy Wells, what used to be called the Ferndale Area Chamber of Commerce has taken on a new name so those from Oak Park, Hazel Park, Pleasant Ridge, and other nearby cities feel welcomed.
In addition, the company has a wholesale side delivering bagels to coffee shops, offices and restaurants as well as Motor City Casino, among other venues in Detroit and the surrounding area.
The South Oakland Area Regional Chamber of Commerce is hoping to demonstrate the strength in numbers.
