The $10 million Oakland Together Restaurant Relief Program will use $7 million of Oakland County’s federal CARES Act allocation and $3 million from the county’s general fund to help restaurants hurt by the COVID-19 pandemic and a reduction in business.

In the Nov. 3 election, voters in Oakland County will chose between Democrat Karen McDonald and Republican Lin Goetz for Prosecutor.
The candidates for Oakland County Treasurer are Democrat Robert Wittenberg and Republican Joe Kent.
In the race for County Commission in the 9th District, Incumbent Gwen Markham, a Democrat, is running for re-election. Republican David Staudt is also on the ballot.
