The time is upon us to make our Halloween and “Trick or Treat” plans and everything is different this year.

In the Nov. 3 election, voters in Oakland County will chose between Democrat Karen McDonald and Republican Lin Goetz for Prosecutor.
The candidates for Oakland County Treasurer are Democrat Robert Wittenberg and Republican Joe Kent.
The seat is held by Brian Hartwell who was appointed by the Governor to serve out the remainder of the term. He is running to retain the seat, as is Kelly Collins.
In the race for Judge of the 45th District Court, the candidates are Brenda Richard and Jaimie Horowitz.
In the race for Congress in the 8th District, the candidates are incumbent Elissa Slotkin who is a Democrat, Republican Paul Junge, and Libertarian Joe Hartman.
In the race for County Commission in the 9th District, Incumbent Gwen Markham, a Democrat, is running for re-election. Republican David Staudt is also on the ballot.
The candidates are: Democrat Regina Weiss, Republican Elizabeth Goss, Libertarian Gregory Stempfle, and Green Party candidate Sherry Wells.
In the race for State Representative of the 51st District, Incumbent Mike Mueller, a Republican, is being challenged by Democrat Brad May.
In the race for Treasurer of West Bloomfield Township, Incumbent Teri Weingarden, a Democrat, is on the ballot as is Republican William Burris.
The candidates are Ashley Attisha, David Emerling, and incumbent Robert Kalman.
In the race for District Court Judge of the 47th District, Incumbent James B. Brady is running for re-election.
