SB I-275 Closed Due to Fatal Crash

Southbound I-275 is closed Tuesday morning at the I-5, I-96, I-696 interchange after a man was fatally struck while changing his tire. The crash happened around 4am and the freeway is expected to be closed through rush hour as the police investigate.
