Ferndale Recognized for Environmental Leadership

The Challenge launched in 2009 and emphasized energy efficiency projects in an effort to help local governments prepare for and make the best use of federal Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant (EECBG) funds. Over the last year, a team of graduate students from the University of Michigan worked with Challenge participants and the staff of partner organizations to update the program.

CFF School Board Candidate Forum Recorded by Keith Dalton (video)

On October 28, 2012, Citizens for Fair Ferndale hosted a candidate forum for the eight people running for the Ferndale School Board. The event, which took place at the Ferndale Public Library, was recorded by local videographer Keith Dalton of the Dalton Group.

Voters in the Ferndale School District will have the opportunity on Nov. 6 to vote for up to four representatives to the School Board. There are four open seats on the board, and eight candidates running.
