Reception to Welcome New Library Director, Jan. 19

Board President Resigns, Library Seeks Applicants for Vacant Seat

James O’Donnell, President of the Ferndale Public Library Board, announced his resignation at a recent library board meeting. His resignation took effect on December 31, 2012 at 11:59PM. O’Donnell was first appointed to fill the vacancy left by Kevin Deegan-Krause in 2009, then elected to his own seat.

Last November, he was elected to a seat on the Ferndale School Board.

New Restaurants for the New Year
