Art & Apples Festival in Rochester Sept. 11-13
Rochester, MI – Marking 60 years of the annual Art & Apples Festival® in 2026, Paint Creek Center for the Arts’ (PCCA) Executive Director Shaun Hayes says this year’s anniversary entertainment lineup is not to be missed! The Main Stage welcomes a new sponsor, the Oakland County Board of Commissioners, as well as seven new performers, creating a particularly unique entertainment variety for the juried art event, which runs September 11-13 at the Rochester Municipal Park.
“This year’s entertainment is a great mix of familiar and new sounds and faces,” Hayes said. “We’re pleased to continue the tradition of starting each day of the festival with our talented local high school marching bands, and then we dive into an assortment of jazz, acoustic, drums, dancing, and more.”

The Art & Apples Festival is a treasured annual event, attracting more than 60,000 attendees throughout the weekend. It is the only Michigan-based juried art fair to appear in the top 15 of Sunshine Artist magazine’s listing of the 2025 Top 200 Fine Art & Design Shows as judged by artist profitability. Oakland County Board of Commissioners is proud to sponsor the Main Stage at this vibrant community event.
“Oakland County has many great festivals and Arts & Apples is definitely one of them,” Commissioner Michael Spisz (R-Oxford) said. “As a sponsor for the main stage, the Board recognizes the importance of these festivals to bring communities together and we encourage everyone to attend Arts & Apples and other festivals around the County.”
Art & Apples, made possible by presenting sponsor Genisys Credit Union, will open on Friday, September 11 from 2 p.m.–7 p.m. in Rochester Municipal Park and continue on Saturday, September 12 from 10 a.m.–7 p.m. and Sunday, September 13 from 10 a.m.–4 p.m. Note to attendees that a city ordinance forbids dogs at the festival.
