ONTV: Fundraiser Celebrates and Supports the Work of Love INC in Northern Oakland County

Lake Orion, MI – Love INC (Love In The Name of Christ) is a nonprofit that helps connect those in need with the resources to help. Their network of churches can mobilize for fundraising, food, clothing, auto repairs, emergency funding, as well as life skills like money management.

The organization, based in Oxford, had their annual fundraiser on April 18 at Indianwood Golf Club, with a sold out crowd of 130 supporters.

“The room is full of new folks so we’re really excited about that,” said Executive Director Patricia Schapira.

Love INC’s board Vice President David Potter said the event was an opportunity to share gospel, as well as “an opportunity to be generous and to help people in need.”
