Oakland Schools Reverse Job Fair Featuring Young Adults with Special Needs Looking for Work

Waterford, MI – The Oakland Schools Reverse Job Fair connects local employers with motivated young adults with special needs. Employers can connect with talent, conduct quick interviews, and review resumes.  Students create unique, visual, or digital displays to showcase their skills and employment goals, reversing the traditional job fair setup. Students are from Bloomfield Hills, Berkley, Royal Oak, Troy, and Waterford.

The 2026 event is scheduled for May 12, 2026, from 10:00 AM – 12:00 PM at 2111 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford, MI
