Students and Volunteers in Wolverine Lake Can Apply for OnUpCEF Scholarships

Wolverine Lake, MI – The Onwards & Upwards Community Enrichment Fund (OnUpCEF) is offering their annual scholarships, one to a deserving Wolverine Lake resident and one to anyone who has been an active volunteer in the Village of Wolverine Lake in the past year or two.
