Rochester, MI – Be part of the team that brings Downtown Rochester’s biggest events to life! The Rochester DDA is hiring a full-time Events Coordinator — and we’re looking for someone with proven experience in planning and executing events.

This role is ideal for someone who:

Has 3+ years of event planning & execution experience

Has worked with sponsorships, public relations, and volunteers

Brings strong communication skills and attention to detail

Has a genuine appreciation for Downtown Rochester and community events

You’ll manage events like Deck Art, Sidewalk Sales, Rochester Posed, and more — bringing thousands of people together in our downtown each year. If you have the experience and passion for community events, we’d love to hear from you.
