Holly DDA Welcomes New Director Kevin Stephison

Holly, MI – The Village of Holly Downtown Development Authority (DDA) today announced the selection of Kevin A. Stephison as its next Executive Director, following approval by the Holly Village Council.
Stephison brings more than two decades of experience in downtown revitalization, economic development, and community partnerships across Michigan. A former Chairman and Board Member of the Oxford Downtown Development Authority, he has led multi-million-dollar capital projects, managed complex budgets, built high-performing volunteer networks, and delivered measurable outcomes in business retention and growth.
“Kevin’s track record aligns perfectly with Holly’s vision for a vibrant, historic, and economically resilient downtown,” said Linda Stouffer, Chair of the Village of Holly DDA Board. “He combines hands-on Main Street experience with the financial discipline, grant management, and partnership-building skills needed to accelerate our momentum.”
Anticipated start date is February 1st.
