Vehicle Fire Spread to Garage Stopped by Highland Twp Fire Department

Highland Township, MI – On Friday Nov. 28, 2025, while one crew was already handling a medical call, HTFD was dispatched to a fully involved vehicle fire extending into a garage.
The on-duty crew arrived quickly and made a successful knockdown before the fire could spread further.
Several off-duty firefighters responded directly, with a few stopping by the station to bring additional apparatus to the scene.
