Village of Franklin Welcomes New Administrators with Meet and Greet Oct 28
Franklin, MI – The Village of Franklin is welcoming a new Administrator, a new Clerk, and a new Treasurer with a meet and greet event on Oct. 28. The event will be at 6pm at the Franklin Library.
Attendees will get to meet new Administrator Rachel Loughrin, Village Clerk Evan Milan, and Village Treasurer Teresa Jablonski.
Rachel Loughrin previously served as Treasurer for Independence Township, and Community Development Director for Pontiac.
Milan previously severed as Deputy Clerk in City of Northville.
Jablonsky brings over 30 years of municipal experience, most recently as budget and Pension Manager at West Bloomfield Township.
