SimpliHOM Offering Realtors Fantastic Benefits, Friendly Work Environment

Ferndale, MI – Realtors have a lot of options when it comes to finding an agency that is right for them, but Derek Werenka of SimpliHOM thinks he’s found the sweet spot for inviting agents to their next dream job.
SimpliHOM began in 2018 in Tennessee, where founder Sean Miku struggled in economic despair in trying to provide for his young family. He worked hard to create a brokerage that didn’t just flourish economically, but one that provided a real support system for his agents. For Miku this meant providing the best technical support and tools, as well as strong benefits and a caring office environment.
Here in Michigan, Derek Werenka had been building his own agency – M1 Realty – with a similar kind of passion. “I merged with SimpliHOM because I have known the CEO and COO for years. It was just a no-brainer that it would be a perfect fit, and so far, it has been.”
Wereka is hoping to recruit more agents, or even those who have never sold a home in their lives but want to learn. “No experience is needed,” he said. “Several of my most successful agents started with me with zero experience. We have a huge amount of training and support with SimpliHOM. We train in-house at the office and the company offers 3-4 hours of training daily via zoom as well.”

SimpliHOM has a hybrid office structure. They have a brick and mortar office in Ferndale, at the corner of 9 Mile and Woodward, as well as a virtual office operating in the Kalamazoo area. There is a network so SimpliHOM agents can access office spaces worldwide to meet with clients, and overall the idea is to make working from home a simple option.
