Customer Stabbed at Restaurant in Troy

Troy, MI – On Saturday, August 30, 2025, at approximately 4:14 PM, Troy Police Officers responded to the Sedona Taphouse Restaurant (198 E. Big Beaver Rd.) for a reported felonious assault.
Upon arrival, officers located an adult male victim who had been stabbed with a knife by an adult male suspect. The investigation revealed that the victim and suspect were known to each other, and this was not a random act.
The victim was transported to an area hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
The suspect is not in custody at this time. However, investigators are actively working to locate him. There is no danger to the public.
