Ferndale, MI – Ferndale Library’s annual Summer Concert Series kicks off on Wednesday, June 18 at 6:30 pm, featuring Detroit-based singer/songwriter Carolyn Striho, performing live in the library’s courtyard!
These free, all-ages concerts are sponsored by the Friends of the Ferndale Library! Each event will be hosted outside in the library’s courtyard, moving inside in case of inclement weather.
June 18 – Carolyn Striho (rock, alternative, electro-acoustic). Striho mesmerizes audiences with her strong vocals, fiery keyboard and guitar, and energetic performances. With heartfelt and poetic melodies, she blends torch songs and dance beats with a gypsy flourish of modern music
July 16 – Detroit’s reigning Queen of the Blues performs a free, all-ages concert here in our courtyard for any/all local music fans– sponsored by the Friends of the Ferndale Library! Arrive early & bring chairs/blankets!
