June 14 – Pontiac Juneteenth Freedom Day Parade and Festival
Pontiac, MI – Join in the fun as the community commemorates Juneteenth during the 3rd Annual Juneteenth Freedom Day Parade and Festival. You and the family will enjoy shopping with dozens of local merchandise vendors, dine from food trucks, and experience live performances by Quincy Stewart, Polyesta Playaz, Groove Session, The Best You Neva Had, and Larry Lee and Back in the Day. The Kids’ Zone includes a mobile bowling truck, a climbing tower, a bounce house, Rope-a-phobia high ropes course, miniature putt putt golf, Reaction Attraction, games, activities, and more! The Festival also features a spectacular fireworks display at the end of the day. Activities begin at 3 p.m. with the Parade kickoff.
