OC Restaurant Quest: Best Thai Cuisine in Troy

Troy, MI – The quest to try every restaurant in Oakland County continues with a meal from Best Thai Cuisine in Troy. To test out this local restaurant I ordered a few items. The crab rangoon was a great appetizer to start with. These are little bundles of crab meat, green onion, celery, and cream cheese wrapped in wontons and deep-fried.
I also ordered curry puffs, which had crispy pasty outside, with veggies and spices inside. I also had the roti, which is a dessert made with Thai style thin pancakes rolled with sugar, condensed milk, and chocolate sauce.
For the main course I ordered chicken pad thai, with mildly flavored rice noodles topped with bites of chicken.
Best Thai Cuisine offers many Thai items including a variety of fried rice choices, and entrees like crispy duck in tamarind sauce, honey chicken, nam prik pow, peanut Thai curry, and many more. They also have desserts like cheesecake, mango sweet rice and tapioca pudding.
