Driver Strikes MDOT Courtesy Patrol Van on I-75

Auburn Hills, MI – Last night while working a crash on I-75, an MDOT Courtesy Patrol van was assisting us with traffic control and was struck by a motorist who failed to move over. Both drivers were transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The driver who caused the crash was arrested. “Move over, slow down” isn’t a suggestion, it’s the law.
