Parks & Recreation Clerk: Provides customer service, handles bookkeeping activities, processes payments and refunds, manages permits and facility rentals, and assists with special events. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of clerical experience, and computer skills.
Treasury Clerk: Processes tax and billing payments, manages the customer service desk, responds to inquiries, processes invoices, serves as Utility Billing Clerk backup, and performs bookkeeping tasks. Requires a high school diploma, 1-2 years of cashier experience, and strong attention to detail.
Public Works Clerk: Manages water-billing system, provides customer service, prepares utility billing documents, assists during public works emergencies as the central communication contact for responding teams, and provides clerical support. Requires a high school diploma, two years of clerical experience, and computer proficiency.
