Waterford School Superintendent Interviews Open to the Public

Waterford, MI – Waterford School District’s Board of Education has selected five candidates to interview for the vacant superintendent position. Candidates were selected from a field of 29 applicants. First-round interviews will be held on Tuesday, April 22 and Wednesday, April 23.
Tuesday, April 22
6 p.m. – Adam Martin, Executive Director of Student Achievement, Dearborn Public Schools, MI
7:10 p.m. – Robert Jansen, Superintendent, Lincoln Consolidated Schools, MI
8:20 p.m. – Rachel Kowalski, Superintendent, Colon Community School District, MI
Wednesday, April 23
6 p.m. – Pasquale Cusumano, Assistant Superintendent of Secondary and Adult Education, Rochester Community Schools, MI
7:10 p.m. – Meghan Ashkanani, Assistant Superintendent of Teaching, Learning and Technology, Berkley School District, MI
Interviews are open to the public and will be held at the Kurzman Administration Services Building – Crary Campus, 501 N. Cass Lake Road, Waterford, MI. The public will have the opportunity to share written feedback with the board after each interview. Interviews will also be live-streamed and available for replay on the WSD YouTube Channel @wsdnews.
After the interviews on Wednesday, April 23, the Board will determine which candidates to invite back for a second round of interviews on Tuesday, April 29. All updates will be posted on the WSD Superintendent Search page.
