MDHHS Launches Program in Pontiac Providing Faucets and Water Filters
(MDHHS, March 15, 2025)
The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services has launched a Faucet and Filter Safety Net Program for eligible communities, including Pontiac.
This program can provide the following for eligible households.
Lead-reducing filter
Replacement cartridge
A home visit and a visual plumbing assessment
A single faucet replacement
Assistance applying for the Medicaid Lead Abatement program
