Madison Heights, MI – We hope that you will consider helping us continue to fulfill our mission by supporting our upcoming 16th Annual Dinner fundraiser, “FernCare’s Sweet 16 – an 80’s Blast!” on Thursday, April 24th at Club Venetian in Madison Heights.
The FernCare Free Clinic is a non-profit, self-funded, free clinic that provides no-cost medical care to the medically uninsured.
