March 1-16 – Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce Restaurant Weeks
Waterford, MI – Get ready, food lovers and community champions! The Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce the return of WACC Restaurant Week, now extended to a two-week culinary celebration spotlighting the incredible flavors of Waterford and its surrounding neighborhoods.
From March 1 through 16, participating restaurants will serve up special menus, exclusive discounts, and unique dishes, offering both new and returning customers a taste of what makes central Oakland’s dining scene so special. Whether you’re a longtime local or a first-time visitor, this event is your chance to explore a variety of eateries while supporting the heartbeat of our community—our small businesses.
“We are excited to bring back WACC Restaurant Week for its second year, inviting the community to explore and support our incredible local dining scene,” said Nikki Tippett, Executive Director of the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce. “Our restaurants have always been steadfast supporters of the community, and this event is our way of celebrating them while also introducing residents to some of the fantastic new establishments in the area. It’s a wonderful opportunity to gather with friends and family, discover new favorites, and enjoy a shared meal while boosting our local economy.”
As the fifth-largest township in Michigan, Waterford is home to 34 lakes and a diverse culinary scene. The Restaurant Week Passport will be your guide to incredible flavors—not just in Waterford, but also in Clarkston, Commerce, and White Lake. Dining enthusiasts can also check out engaging videos on the WACC Restaurant Week Facebook page on how to take part in the event as well as enjoy an exclusive sneak-peek at featured dishes through Jason Carr Drive, who has been visiting select restaurants to garner excitement for the event.
Restaurant Week Passport & Prize Drawing
Enhance your Restaurant Week experience with the Restaurant Week Passport! Here’s how it works:
• Grab a Passport booklet from any of our 34 participating restaurants, four “Hunger Maker” sponsors, or other area businesses listed on our website.
• Visit participating restaurants and spend a minimum of $15 to earn a sticker.
• Collect as many stickers as possible and submit your completed passport by March 17th at the Waterford Area Chamber of Commerce (2309 Airport Rd) or in one of the designated Restaurant Week drop boxes at participating locations.
• Tune in for a LIVE Facebook drawing on March 24th at 11 AM, where winners will be selected based on the number
of restaurants visited:
o All 34 restaurants – $30 gift card from each restaurant
o 28-33 restaurants – $25 gift card from each restaurant
o 20-27 restaurants – $20 gift card from each restaurant
o 10-19 restaurants – $15 gift card from each restaurant
o 4-9 restaurants – $10 gift card from each restaurant
o 1-3 restaurants – $5 gift card from each restaurant
