Vote for Your Favorite Downtown Highland Tree
Highland, MI – Downtown Highland is decked out for the holidays with the Festival of Trees taking place through Dec. 31. Businesses and groups through the cozy downtown have added lights and ornaments to reflect their holiday spirit.
Among the themes are trees with firefighter gear, Detroit Lions, and red, white, and blue.
Schwarts Delicatessen has a tree with a Coca-Cola theme. Colonial Motors North tree with cars on it. Highland Veterinary Hospital sports a tree with yellow duckies.
Church of the Holy Spirit has red ribbons and white doves of joy. Huron Valley Transportation has yellow ribbons and a school bus topped with a reflector for the star, and Building Blocks Pre-School has butterflies in the boughs.
The festive project is organized by Highland Downtown Development Authority and sponsored by Szott M-59 Chrysler Dodge Ram. Check out all the trees, and vote for your favorite with a “like” on Facebook.
