OC Restaurant Quest – Krazy Shawarma in Rochester Hills

Rochester Hills, MI – The quest to try every restaurant in Oakland County led me recently to Rochester Hills for some delicious Chicken Tawook from Krazy Shwarma. The meal was made with nice thick chunks of meltingly good chicken, marinated in marinated in yogurt, lemon, and garlic and served with a choice of sides.
I picked the yellow rice and the side salad. I also loved the appetizer of hummus and the soft pita bread that came with it. And I indulged in a mango honey smoothie that was of course delightful and energizing.
Krazy Shawarma has easy carryout meals, plus catering. Guests might enjoy the baba ganoush which is a roasted eggplant dip made with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic and salt. Or the falafel which are seasoned chickpea fritters fried crispy to order.
The sandwich menu offers many easy to enjoy choices, with traditional Mediterranean meats wrapped in soft pita bread with crispy pickles and tomatoes.
Those seeking a more hearty meal may enjoy the shrimp stir fry, chicken, beef or lamb shawarma, or the chicken cream chop.
Krazy Shawarma offers up strawberry, banana, or mango and honey smoothies along with fresh lemonade or soda pop choices.
