Hazel Park Library Seeks Applicants for Trustee Vacancy

Hazel Park, MI – Hazel Park District Library Trustee Adam Duberstein is moving out of the city, leaving a vacancy on the Hazel Park District Library Board.
Applications are being accepted to fill the short term position which expires in Nov. 2026. Applicants must be a Hazel Park resident aged 18 or older.
The Library posted on Facebook about the position, stating “If you have been wanting to become more actively involved with your library, we have the perfect opportunity for you!
“To be considered for this position, just send your resume and responses to the following three questions to cstocker@hazel-park.lib.mi.us.
“The questions are: 1.) Why do you want to be a part of the Library Board?
“2.) What relevant experience can you bring to the table?
“3.) What makes you the ideal candidate?
