OC Restaurant Quest: Bryan’s Neighborhood Coney in Waterford

Waterford, MI – I go to a lot of coney places, and the thing that impressed me most about Bryan’s Neighborhood Coney is that the staff seems genuinely happy and kind to customers. It was a great cozy space to enjoy a good book and some breakfast amongst the chatter of the families enjoying their meals.
I ordered the Mexican Omelette which came with chili, grilled onions, diced tomatoes and cheddar cheese, along with crispy hash browns. I also got a half order of blueberry pancakes which were a fluffy and sweet addition to the breakfast.
Bryan’s has your typical coney breakfast choices, with classics like waffles, biscuits and gravy, egg and meat combos, and omelettes like the Denver Omelette, the Greek Omelette, and the Farmers Market.
They also serve lunchtime options like burgers, coney dogs, and sandwiches like the Tuna Melt, Grilled Turkey, and Chicken Slider. The chili is house-made and there’s a Soup of the Day option also created onsite.Currently they’re only open until 2pm.
The walls of Bryan’s Neighborhood Coney are adorned with children’s creations done in scribbles of crayon. And the Kid’s Favorite section of the menu offers up Happy Pancakes, Chicken Nuggets, and other picky kid selections.
