Sept 9 – Southfield Senior Summit
PONTIAC, MI — Sen. Jeremy Moss (D-Southfield) invites members of the community to attend his Southfield Senior Summit on Monday, September 9 from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. at the Southfield Pavilion.
Over 30 organizations will be onsite to provide community resources to attendees. Among those who will be present are:

Wayne Health Mobile Unit to provide health screenings, COVID-19 PCR testing, vaccinations and linkage to care and community services;

Healing Heart Safety Services will provide Narcan training; and
-
Oakland County Health Department to provide flu shots.
Light refreshments will be served. All are invited to attend, including local press. A panel of speakers from various public offices, organizations and agencies will be at this event, including special guest Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel.
This will be the first of two Senior Summits Sen. Moss will host in District 7 this month.
Sen. Moss will be holding an annual Senior Summit to provide resources and key information to the senior community, especially as it pertains to state law.
