Royal Oak Schools Hosting Celebration of Oakland Elementary’s 100 Year Anniversary Sept 20
Oakland Elementary School is thrilled to invite the community to celebrate its 100th anniversary with a special event, “Oakland Through The Ages – 100 Years of Excellence.” This free, family-friendly event is open to the public and will take place on September 20 at 6 p.m. at Oakland Elementary School, located at 2415 Brockton Ave., Royal Oak, MI.
Since its opening in 1924, Oakland Elementary has been a pillar of education in the community. Over the years, it has evolved through extensive renovations and upgrades in technology and infrastructure. The school has added new spaces and enhanced its learning environment to support the needs of students and staff alike.
The celebration will offer an exciting journey through the decades, featuring:
