OC Restaurant Quest: Leonard’s Pizza in Leonard

Leonard, MI – The quest to try every restaurant in Oakland County has led to a number of delicious discoveries, including in the realm of pizza. A recent visit to northern Oakland County meant pizza and ribs from Leonard’s Pizza.
I ordered the garlic chicken ranch pizza and I had them add mushrooms to it which add vitamins, minerals, and an earthy flavor. The pizza came on perfectly thick traditional crust, with a soft warm texture, topped with gooey cheese and ample toppings.
I also got the ribs, and was shocked by how thick and meaty they were. The BBQ sauce was sloppy, tangy, and the perfect touch for this beast of a meal.
Leonard’s Pizza has a handful of specialty pizza styles, including the Hawaiian, the Veggie, the BBQ Chicken, Meat Lovers, and BLT. There are also salads, subs, burgers, calzones, and fried chicken.
