Holly Area Veterans Resource Center Moving to New Location

Holly, MI- Holly Area Veterans Resource Center is moving to a new location. The Center is Moving to 1006 C, N. Saginaw Rd. in Holly Michigan. We will start operations at that location in early September. While we are renovating and moving, we will still be located at Holly Nazarene Church at 961 E. Holly Rd.
Katrina Gramer is now the Co-Director of Holly Area Veterans Resource Center. She is our Service Officer and a Navy Veteran. Joe Mishler, is an Army Veteran and the other Co-Director and President of HAVRC.
The Center has been in search of a more permanent place since being moved out of the Richter Campus. The Center was looking for a place they could call their own. The church was a temporary stop while we reorganized.
We are very grateful for the Church’s hospitality during our transition.
While we are moving and renovating, we are continuing The Home Town Heroes Project and the Vet to Vet Dinner.
The next Vet to Vet is August 19 at 5:30pm. We hold them at the Holly Legion Post 149. The dinner is free. Veterans and their families are welcome. Widows of veterans are also welcome. Bring a dish to pass if you want.

The Center also provides an Accredited Service Officer who can handle claims. She prefers appointments in the office Monday through Friday from 8:00-4pm. She will also take walk-ins. Call Katrina for more information.
We need your help in our new home. We are a 501(c) 3 and a non-profit. We are incurring considerable costs. No one at the center receives any money for their work. We are now paying rent, utilities, and the cost of renovation.
Anyone who makes a donation of $500 to the Holly Area Veterans Resource Center will have their name on a special board at the Center. Anyone who donates more than $1000 to the center will have a special plaque made for them. We will accept any donations.
