OLHSA Has Grants Available to Municipalities to Support Chore Projects for Seniors

Oakland County, MI – OLHSA (Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency) is pleased to announce Round Two of the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funding opportunity to provide Oakland County Cities, Villages, and Townships (CVT) with mini-grants to operate local chore projects for low-income seniors through July of 2026.
OLHSA will provide CVT mini-grant awardees with technical assistance and a tool kit to aid in the development and implementation of local senior chore services such as lawn mowing, snow removal, and yard services.
All Oakland County CVTs that did not apply in Round One are eligible to apply for Round Two. Round Two applications are due August 9, 2024.
