Students Who Live or Volunteer in Wolverine Lake, Can Apply for Onwards & Upwards Scholarship

Wolverine Lake, MI – Onwards and Upwards Community Enrichment Fund has two scholarship opportunities. Here’s what they had to say:
We are very grateful to have a new silent scholarship donor who makes it possible for us to offer two $2,000 scholarships this year, one is open to residents only, the other to anyone who has been an active volunteer in the Village of Wolverine Lake in the past year or two.
These scholarships are one way that On&Up fulfills its mission to give back to the community and encourage volunteerism and community involvement.
The scholarships are open to students who are planning on or currently attending college, university, technical or vocational school or those who are planning to advance their education/skills through a special class or certification in Michigan.
Our scholarships are named in honor of two very cherished and loved members of our community. Danny Lada 2024 Scholarship — (for Village of Wolverine Lake Residents) Mike Kondek 2024 Scholarship — (open to non-residents of Wolverine Lake)
About Onward and Upwards Community Enrichment Fund: We are a 501(c)3 non profit charity supporting our residents by providing needed funds for Tiki Night, scholarship programs and other village events.
