Oakland County is launching a new grant program for local organizations that offer volunteer programs for senior residents.
“It is crucial to the health of our children that manufacturers test their products for heavy metals before marketing them, particularly foods for infants and toddlers,” Nessel said.
Public or private school students in grades 6 through 12 who live or are educated within the geographic area served by the Birmingham Public School district are eligible.
