OC Restaurant Quest – 2 South Brunch House in Clarkston

Clarkston, MI – 2 South Brunch House, located at 2 South Main Street in Downtown Clarkston, has been serving up delicious breakfast and lunch options since 2021.
On my quest to try every restaurant in Oakland County, I opted for the Monte Cristo French Toast. This beautiful and tasty meal is made with French Toast, thick-sliced ham and Swiss cheese topped with powdered sugar and raspberry sauce, with a couple raspberries for garnish. `The sweet and savory combination makes this an interesting breakfast choice.
I also had hash browns, made with fresh slices of potatoes grilled to a buttery perfection.
There are many brunch choices at 2 South, including pancakes, waffles, and French toast. There’s also a selection of omelettes, including the Hawaiian made with ham, pineapple and Swiss, and the Greek made with feta, black olives, tomatoes, and the option to add gyro meat. Joseph’s Special comes with chorizo, peppers, onion, Monterey Jack and cheddar.
2 South Brunch House has also upped the “avocado toast” game by offering the Avocado Everything Bagel. Served sliced and open-faced, this culinary creation has avocado, over-medium eggs, bacon, feta, tomato, and spinach.
They also offer lunch, including a half pound burger with fries, sandwiches and wraps like the BLT, Chicken Melt, and Turkey Cranberry Croissant. And there are salads like the Greek, Maurice, Taco and Chicken.
