Be introduced to professionals from the industry and build your team for success! Presented by OLHSA’s HUD Certified Housing Counselors, a local mortgage loan officer, and a Realtor.
You will learn about the entire home- buying process – including credit, budgeting, down payment assistance, and mortgage approval & closing. MSHDA certificate provided at end of class for all who attend the entire 5 hours.
