Grace Centers of Hope Opens Holiday Thrift Store Focused on Seasonal Decor
Sterling Heights, MI — As the holiday season approaches, Grace Centers of Hope, a leading nonprofit that provides recovery programs for individuals faced with issues of homelessness, addiction and abuse, today announced the opening of its annual Holiday Thrift Store.
Located adjacent to the Grace Centers of Hope Thrift Store at 43584 Van Dyke Ave. in Sterling Heights, this special holiday store offers a wide array of gently-used Christmas-decor items. All proceeds from the sale of these items support Grace Centers’ life-saving programs for men, women and children.
“As we open our doors to the festive wonderland of our annual Holiday Thrift Store, we invite our community to discover the magic of sustainable celebrations,” said Grace Centers of Hope Thrift Stores Director of Operations Erik Overpeck. “Every gently-used ornament, every twinkling light finds new life in your homes, and with each purchase, you’re also illuminating the path for those in need. Your support not only brings joy to your holiday décor but helps us brighten the lives of individuals in our life-saving programs at Grace Centers of Hope. It’s a season of giving, and together, we create warmth, cheer, and meaningful change.”
The Grace Centers of Hope Holiday Thrift Store features holiday items generously donated throughout the year, including artificial Christmas trees, ornaments, wreaths, and more. From festive dishware to decorative pins and “ugly sweater” finds, the store provides an opportunity for shoppers on a budget to deck their halls with holiday spirit.
The store welcomes shoppers Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. through December.
