Four Local Groups Awarded Impact100 Grants

Ferndale, MI – Impact100 Oakland County proudly announces the completion of its Annual Grant Awards Ceremony. This event represented a significant milestone for the organization, marking one of the most well-attended grant awards events in recent years and celebrating over $2 million dollars in grant donations given since the organization’s inception in 2016.
The organization extends heartfelt gratitude to all attendees, including those who participated in person and through absentee voting. Their involvement is integral to the success of Impact100 Oakland County’s mission.
Impact100 Oakland County expresses sincere thanks to Rust Belt Market for hosting the event and providing exceptional food and drinks, which played a crucial role in the evening’s success.
2023 Grant Award Recipients, who each received an $82,000 grant, include:
- Accent Pontiac
- Living & Learning Enrichment Center
- Oakland Literacy Council
- World Medical Relief
These organizations exemplify community-driven initiatives. Impact100 Oakland County eagerly anticipates the advancements these groups will make with their grant-funded projects.
“We are also proud to announce that 106 individuals have committed to becoming members in 2024,” said Katherine DiClaudio, Impact100 Oakland County president. “This enthusiastic response not only ensures funding for one of the focus areas next year but also moves the organization closer to supporting all five focus areas.”
Moreover, due to the dedication of these new members and the generosity of one of the organization’s corporate sponsors, KPMG, the nonprofit finalists will receive over $2,100 in additional funds toward their wish lists.
