OC Restaurant Quest: Napoletana Classic Italian in West Bloomfield

West Bloomfield, MI – The quest to try every restaurant in Oakland County led to pizza and pasta from Napoletana Classic Italian in West Bloomfield. This comfort food restaurant has a variety of Italian-inspired dishes.
I ordered the Steak Pizza, made with sliced beef, green peppers, and onions on a thick authentic dough. I also ordered the Spaghetti Carbonara made with prosciutto, spinach, onions, and parmsean cream, which made for a great meal warmed in the oven the next day. That came with a fresh side salad and bread.
For dessert I had a Cannoli, which is an Italian pastry filled with a ricotta cream filling topped with chocolate and dusted with powdered sugar.
Pizza comes with classic crust or thin crust New York style. There is also a gluten-free pizza available. In addition to the Steak Pizza, there are also specialties like the Grilled Vegetable Pizza, and the Grilled Garlic Chicken and Broccoli Pizza.
Appetizers and sides include Shrimp Cocktail, Chicken Wings, Calamari, Malinzine Eggplant, Grilled Italian Sausage and more. And of course Napoletana is known for their pasta choices, including Tortellini, Ravioli, Gnocchi, and Linguine Puttanesca. The Veal Piccata, Tilapia Siciliano, and Chicken Cacciatore are among the many, many other entree choices.
