OC Restaurant Quest: – CK Diggs in Rochester Hills

Rochester Hills, MI – CK Diggs is a popular Rochester Hills bar and restaurant with a nice selection of items. I had two carryout meals as part of my quest to try every restaurant in Oakland County. The first was Fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and artichokes added. This delicious comfort food also came with a soft warm roll. And I got a Caesar Salad. If you love warm creamy pasta, this is a great choice, especially since you can add on items to make it perfect for your own tastes.
The second meal was a classic CK Burger. This was made with CK sauce, American cheese, sliced red onions, shredded lettuce and tomato. It came with a pickle spear and a serving of pasta salad, making a carryout feel almost picnic-like and sentimental.
Burgers are made with Angus beef, and come in a variety of styles. The Barnyard Burger has shaved ham, applewood bacon, fried egg, shredded lettuce, sliced tomato and cheddar cheese. The Blackjack Burger has Cajun seasoned burger with sauteed green peppers and onions under melted pepperjack cheese. And the Diggs Melt has Swiss cheese, sauteed onions and yellow mustard on grilled marble rye. Those are just a few of the options.
Other sandwich choices include the Clubhouse Grille, the Chipotle Turkey, the Cali Chicken Sandwich, and the CK Dinty Moore. CK Diggs also has entree options like Ahi Tuna, Ribs, Chicken Picatta, and 7oz Sirloin. One interesting option is the Candy Chicken, made with Pan seared pecan and walnut encrusted chicken with an almond hazelnut cream sauce, served with rice and vegetable.
Pizza is another option, with several creative pies available, including the Fire Roasted Pizza topped with Pepperoni, basil, caramelized onions, fire roasted garlic cloves and gourmet peppers with marinara and mozzarella.
