Sept 9 – FernCare Free Clinic Mini Golf Tournament
Royal Oak, MI – Please join FernCare Free Clinic at our Third Annual *mini* Golf Tournament!
This family friendly event is the perfect last hoorah of Summer 2023 to bring in much needed funds for FernCare Free Clinic. We will be teeing off on Saturday, September 9 from 10am-12pm at the Royal Oak Golf Center located at 3500 Edgar in Royal Oak.
Why FernCare? The FernCare Free Clinic is a non-profit, self-funded, free clinic that provides no-cost medical care to people who are between 19 and 64 years of age and who don’t have medical insurance or a primary care provider. Our patients come from every corner of Michigan!
We provide the following services:
Non-emergency healthcare
Checkups
Generic medications
Lab Testing
Audio/Visual Remote Telehealth Visits
Enrollment assistance with:
Prescription Assistance Program
Affordable Care Act Insurance Exchange Enrollment Assistance
Healthy Michigan Enrollment Assistance
1:1 smoking Cessation Counseling
Acupuncture
Nutrition Counseling
Lab Testing
Wellness/Life Coaching
