Driver Dead in Crash That Sent Pickup into Apartment Building in Berkley

Berkley, MI – A driver is dead after crashing their pickup truck into an apartment building Thursday. The vehicle, a white Ford F150, was traveling on Coolidge Hwy. between 12 and 13 Mile Roads when the driver left the road and crashed into the building.
Emergency crews could not revive the driver. There were no other injuries.
Police have not released information on the cause of the crash.
Coolidge was closed as police from Berkley and Royal Oak investigated.
