May 7 – North Oakland Concert Band at Lake Orion High School
Lake Orion, MI – The North Oakland Concert Band presents “Inspiration”. Highlights include “Festive Overture” by Shostakovich, Rossini’s “Overture to the Barber of Seville,” and “Suite from Henry V” by Peter Doyle.
Concert is Sunday May 7th at 4 p.m. at the Lake Orion High School, 495 E. Scripps Rd., Lake Orion, MI 48360.
The concert is free. Donations are gratefully accepted.
Our special guests will be the winners of this year’s NOCB Concerto Competition.
Makenzie Barber plays trombone and is a senior at Holly High School.
Peter Husted is a senior at Lake Orion High School and will be playing percussion.
