Addison Township Clerk Pauline Bennett Elected Michigan Townships Association President

Addison Township, MI – Pauline Bennett, Addison Township (Oakland Co.) clerk, was elected 2023 MTA President at the Association’s recent Annual Conference & Expo.
Bennett has served as clerk since 1996 and was first elected to the MTA Board in 2009.
Joining Bennett on MTA’s Executive Committee are Connie Cargill, Golden Township (Oceana Co.) treasurer, as first vice president; Harold Koviak, Burt Township (Cheboygan Co.) supervisor, as second vice president; Kevin Beeson, Pine River Township (Gratiot Co.) supervisor, as treasurer; Malinda Cole-Crocker, Buchanan Charter Township (Berrien Co.) supervisor, as secretary; Bill Deater, Grant Township (St. Clair Co.) supervisor, as immediate past president; and Marvin Radtke, Jr., Green Lake Township (Grand Traverse Co.) supervisor, as member-at-large. In addition, Ken Verkest, Harrison Charter Township (Macomb Co.) supervisor, was elected director of MTA District 21, which encompasses Lapeer, Macomb and Oakland Counties, at a caucus election held at the Annual Conference.
