Restaurant Quest: The Hub Stadium in Auburn Hills and Novi

Auburn Hills, MI – The Hub Stadium is a place built for fun and for food. Inside their giant industrial-like locations in Auburn Hills and Novi, visitors can find football bowling, axe throwing, and golf swing simulators as well as a bar atmosphere with a variety of food options.
I got myself a pizza and salad for carryout from the Auburn Hills location. The salad was a fantastic House Wedge Salad made with a quarter wedge of iceberg lettuce, with bacon, tomatoes, red onion, blue cheese, and topped with balsamic glaze and bleu cheese dressing.
I also had the BLT pizza, with a nice thick crust and fresh toppings. Other pizza choices include Margherita, El Diablo, Hawaiian and more.
The Hub also serves up burgers, tacos, soup, salad and other entrees and sandwiches. The HOT Mother Clucka, for example, has Deep Fried Coleman Chicken Breast Dipped in Nashville Hot Sauce and Served on a Brioche Bun with pickles and Mayo, served with Skinny Fries. Other choices include Cajun Alfredo Pasta, Skirt Steak Chimichurri, and Fish and Chips made with Blue Moon beer batter.
